You are not allowed to buy alcohol on this website if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Products Policy

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Bulk fruits and nuts are non-returnable so kindly store them properly to avoid contamination or pests.

Chocolate is non-returnable. Best if it is kept in a 16 - 20 deg ambient temperature.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
