Pictures of pure delight combined to tantalizing perfumes ... Timeless and legendary, this very sweet tea happily complements the fleshy and sweet notes of the slightly vanilla-tinged peach and mango. Almost free of caffeine, its infusion leaves on the palate a taste of paradise.
Cocktail Spring delight
Infuse two teaspoons of A woman’s dream tea in 15cl of simmering water (80°C). Leave to infuse for 4-5 minutes and strain. Pour the infusion into a large glass full of ice cubes.
Mix in a shaker with 5 cl of guava juice, 3 cl of lychee juice, a dash of agave sirop and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Add the cold A woman’s dream tea and a small teaspoon of cardamom, then pour into the glass.
Whisk a few centilitres of soy milk with guava juice to make a foam.
Delicately drizzle the foam on the cocktail.Ingredients

At Jardins de Gaïa, the addition of natural flavours is not intended to mask the taste of tea or plants, but rather to add new subtleties and bring out the depth of their flavours.
The tea or plants are obviously the main aromatic ingredients. Thus, each recipe is carefully prepared, respecting the delicacy of the plants used.
