ETHICALLY SOURCED, DISTILLED IN COGNAC (France)

Made using açai berries from the Amazon rainforest in Brazil, a superfood rich in antioxydants and fibre.
We first make an açai distillate, and then do a slow reduction by adding fair-trade liquid sugar and demineralised water for a perfect balance.

 

TASTING NOTES

Style	Clear, purple-red
Nose	Intense ripe blackberry and raspberry jam aromas with a great balance between alcohol and sweetness
Palate	Very smooth with pronounced blueberries aromas
Finish	Lingering violette and floral finish
